What You Doing Wednesday Week 88

I hope your week is going!

This winter is really weird.

The temperatures are all over the place.
It isn't really getting as cold as it normally would.
I love cold crisp mornings and am hoping we get some soon.

Little Red is getting so excited as it gets nearer to Christmas.

We are having fun with his elf Hotsy,

new elf Christopher, Adam & Rover Doodles.

All together on Little Red's advent calendar 

It was put up very high so little Red didn't try and open it early 

During the day they spend their time on the shelf

watching Little Red to make sure he is being good

 They are making lots of new friends hiding from Little Red

 Little Red looking for them

He found them :-)

Then they went to the north pole and did some fishing.

Adam managed to catch a fish :-)

We are going to have loads more fun with them all.

I need to crochet a Christmas hat for Adam and a lead for Rover.

I'm still working on my blanket.

I'm working on a Nativity set for our house

I'm also making a few hats that have been requested:

I'm afraid I haven't got any pictures for you.
I caught the winter sickness bug
so things didn't quite go to plan.
I'm on the road to recovery now but it just
takes me a little longer.

I'm actually reading a book!

Blood Orchids by Toby Neal
I am loving this book.
The characters feel real and you are able to connect to them.
Lei has had so much happen to her in her past she is broken.
She makes a fantastic cop as she goes with her gut.
The murder mystery keeps you guessing and the personal
side of the characters work.
It even has a love interest story line to go along with the plot.
