The pattern are in US terms
Items required 
3mm (11) hook or 2.75mm (C) hook
Double Knit (8 ply) Red, white, black & pink
Wool needle
Stitch Marker
Stuffing
Gauge
2” = 7 stitches x 6 rows
Guidelines
HK – hook CH – chain SS – Slip Stitch
HDC – half double crochet HDC INC – Increase by 2 half double crochet in the stitch
HDC DEC – Half double crochet decrease.  Yarn over hook, through 1st stitch, yarn over hook through, hook through next stitch, yarn over hook pull through.  Yarn over hook and pull through all the loops.

Charm x 2
Red Yarn & 3mm (6) hook
Ch 7
Row 1) 1 hdc in the 3rd ch from the hk, 4 hdc, ch 2, turn
Row 2) 5 hdc
Change to Black Yarn
Row 3) Ch 2, 5 hdc
Change to Red Yarn
Row 4) Ch 2, 5 hdc, ch 2, turn
Row 5) 5 hdc
Change to Pink Yarn
Row 6) Ch 2, 5 hdc, ch 2, turn
Row 7) 1 dc inc, 3 hdc, 1 dc inc, 1 ss to the bottom the stitch
Change to White
Row 8) Ch 2, 7 hdc, finish
Change to Red
Row 9) Ch 2, 1 hdc dec, 3 hdc, 1 hdc dec, ch 2, turn
Row 10) 1 hdc dec, 1 hdc, 1 hdc dec, ch 2, turn
Row 11) 1 hdc dec, 1 hdc dec using same stitch and next stitch, ch 2, turn
Row 12) 1 hdc dec, finish (leave enough yarn to join the 2 bodies together but don’t join yet)

Eye x 2
Blck Yarn & Yarn Needle
Use the black yarn to make the eyes on one of the charm bodies

Beard
White Yarn & 3mm hook
Ch 7
Row 1) 1 hdc in the 3rd ch from hk, 4 hdc, ch 2, turn
Row 2) 1 hdc dec, 1 hdc, 1 hdc dec, ch 2, turn
Row 3) 1 hdc dec, 1 hdc dec using same stitch and next stitch, ch 2, turn
Row 4) 1 hdc dec, finish (leave enough yarn to attach to the charm)
Attach the beard 

Attach the 2 parts of the body together remembering to stuff before completely finishing

You can use a loop of yarn as the charm\decoration or you can add a mobile phone hoop.
