I've Made Friday Week 104

I hope you've all had a good week & are looking forward to the weekend!

Things are starting to get back to normal.
The weather in the UK has been beautiful this week.
It's been amazing!
I love it when the sun shines.
Everything is a little bit easier to deal with when the sun shines.

My 2nd try at spinning on my spinning wheel.
This time I used Merino.
I still need to work a lot on getting the thickness even but it is getting thinner.
I can only do half an hour each day so I'm pretty limited, due to the pain.
But I'm enjoying every minute of it!

I am soooo excited by this make!
I knooked this washcloth!
It excites me so much as I struggle so much with knitting.
I think part of the reason I struggle with knitting is my left hand doesn't work as well,
due to the damage from the CFS.
Knooking means I can knit at last and all those patterns that seemed
so unattainable seem possible now.
I'll be reviewing the book of patterns soon but I couldn't resist showing off
what I made.
You can purchase the pattern book
in eBook or Book format from

I'm afraid that is my lot for finishes.
The last couple of weeks have been so busy.
I'm paying the price now but I'm sure I'll be ok after a lot of rest :-).

Now it's time for linky love.
Please feel free to share anything you've made.

  1. Thank you for hosting, Susan! I love your dishcloths and really like the texture of the yarn you spun. I think it's perfect just as is. I decided to share my spa cloths pattern for this party because I love your knooked cloths so much. I invite you and your followers to join my link-a-long today and this weekend at !

I hope you enjoy the blog!
Thank you ever so much for commenting!
I love reading everything you put and I will try and reply but it just depends on my health.
Thanks Sue
