She decides to take one from the lost property.
From this chance meeting with the amazing
purple top hat, her hat goes into a downward
spiral and she suffers more and more 
strange events.

Tiffy spends her days, bullying, 
lying and all in all being nasty.

Will the awful situations she goes through
make her learn a lesson and stop
the awful things she is doing.

The book is a really easy read
and the strange twists bring humor to this
serious subject.
Children can learn lessons through fun
and seeing things from a different point of view.
