What You Doing Wednesday Week 86

I hope your week is going.
We are continuing on our road to recovery.

It's been a really weird week.
Little Red went to Granny and Grandads last Friday after school.
They went to the Churches Christmas Tree festival on the Saturday.
Hubby worked Saturday and my friend came down for a visit.
We went out to the fabric mill and then in the evening we went out for a drink.
It was really nice to be a normal adult human being.
We only went out till 8:30pm - I know big stop out.

Little Red came home in the evening
so we spent Sunday together.
My friend was kind enough to buy Little Red a set of shrinkies.
So you'll hopefully be seeing more of them soon.

Talking about my friend you'll have to check out her website.
She has a blog that is well worth following
and a shop where she sells many different crafted goods.
If you are looking for a special Christmas Gift
her site is well worth checking out.

I'm doing well with my blanket

I hope to be able to finish it soon :-)

I have got some other makes but I've finished them so you'll have to wait till Friday ;-)

Now it's your turn to share what you are doing.
It doesn't have to be crochet, anything you are making
is perfect.
Please add the pin to your post & check out a couple
of other people that are sharing their work

  1. Wow your blanket is going to be fantastic. A whole blanket !!! My mind is a little blown right now.
Susan, I cannot seem to ever get the thumbnail thingy to work.

    1. Thank you ever so much!!
If you can't get the thumbnail to work just put the link in a comment and we'll pop over.
      Happy New Year!

  2. Congrats on making progress on the blanket! And I feel you on the big childfree night--I think I was in pajamas by 6 pm the last time I was home alone.

    1. Thanks! That sounds bliss. Hope you and your family had a fantastic Christmas and Happy New Year. I've just got some breathing space to try and catch up.

I hope you enjoy the blog!
Thank you ever so much for commenting!
I love reading everything you put and I will try and reply but it just depends on my health.
Thanks Sue
