Good Morning everyone!
I hope your week is going well.
I hope you are looking forward to the weekend.
We have the hatches battened down at the moment.
We don't have weather as bad as other
places around the world but
it's quite bad for us.
Winds of 80 mph and up to 10 inches of
rain within 48 hours.
I have the torches at the ready.
Multi-fuel burner is cleaned out and ready.
Kindling has been cut, paper ready,
wood ready and some smokeless coal.
Candles are ready and so are the lighters.
Blankets are out and we're all snuggled up.
I still have to go out to take Red Monster
to school and back but I don't think
hubby will be walking Benji today.
My sewing skills aren't fantastic
so I decided to start practising them.
They don't look like much but I can see a big difference
between each one.
They were a free gift with a magazine.
There are still a few more left so I am going
to carry on my journey.
I think they make a cute addition to my yarn bowl
when I'm not using it.
I can also use them as pincushions :-)
I finished a Christmas Cross-Stitch.
I've not decided what I'm going to do with it yet.
I'm afraid there isn't any crochet this week.
I'll hopefully have some for you next week.
I'll look forward to seeing what you have made
this week :-).
Now it's time for linky love.
