What You Doing Wednesday Week 147

Good Morning Everyone!
I hope your week is going well!

Well I have a big secret to tell you.
We went on holiday for five days last week :-).

It was fantastic!!!

We went with my brother, sister-in-law & niece.
It was beautiful and warm and sunny
and the company was great.

My sister-in-law had broken her foot
so we had quite a few relaxing days which was
just what I needed.
Our cabin (in Sherwood Forest) was right next
to a play area for the kids
so Little Red could just pop out and play
and we didn't have to worry about him.

As you can see we had loads of fun.
I do have pictures of the rest of the family but My brother and his wife
have chosen not to have pictures of my niece on the internet.

This is Little Red's work in progress this week.
We bought him a strange veg & salad growing pack for Easter.
He has planted them all and now it's just a case of waiting for them to grow.
They include everything from purple broccoli & brussell sprouts
to stripey tomatoes & funny coloured sorrel.

I have a few WIP's this week

This is going to be a huge long term project.
It's a cross-stitch pattern of the Kings & Queens of England.
by #Bothy Threads.
It's a huge under taking.
As you can see I haven't done much yet.
Wouldn't you know the first one I start with has loads of half and quarter stitches.

The first half of my knitted bag is finished.
I'll need to block it before it's attached to the 2nd.
Plus I'll have to finish making the 2nd side first.
Using #Adriafil #Kimera Yarn

My Shawl/Sarong is coming along nicely :-).
I should have it finished soon.
Using #Adriafil #Galassia Yarn.

Now it's your turn to share what you are doing.
It doesn't have to be crochet, anything you are making
is perfect.
Please add the pin to your post & check out a couple
of other people that are sharing their work
