I've Made Friday Week 125

Good Morning everyone!

This week the weather has been awful in the UK.
Lots of wind and rain.
It's been lovely for curling up and staying inside
(except when I have to drop off and pick up Little Red :-( )

I had my flu jab this week.
It doesn't affect me greatly but it does knock
me out of kilter.
If it means I don't catch the flu then I don't mind.
Anything that helps as they say.

It's Little Red's assembly today :-)
Mr D. has taken the day off to watch him this year.
Once or twice a year each class holds an assembly.
Little Red's is about the Stone Age.
He only has one line: Please put your hands together and close your eyes.
I'll still get super excited.
For a child with Dyslexia getting over the fear etc. is a big thing.
Last year was the first year he has managed to do it.
I'm such a proud mum!!
The only problem is bedtime this week has been awful.
Instead of falling asleep like he normally does
he has been led in bed signing and practicing all the songs for today.
I wish I could show you pictures but we aren't allowed to.

I managed to finish the bear :-).
It's all hidden away for Little Red's stocking.
He's from this months Knitting and Crochet magazine.

I was slightly disappointed as the yarn came with the magazine
and there wasn't enough to do him correctly.
The legs colours are a bit fudged together :-).
I like him anyway and I am sure Little Red will
love him.

I haven't got any other makes I'm afraid
but I'm really looking forward to see what you are
making this week.

Now it's time for linky love.
Please feel free to share anything you've made.
