I am in love with this book and the designs within.
It is jam packed with 20 designs in a huge
array of sizes.
Martin was takes with designing a knitwear range for
larger sizes that would still look elegant.
I can honestly say he has achieved this.
He has not just designed the knits to be worn by one
shape of woman but he has purposely looked at designs
that work with different shapes.
He even found that once they came to photographing the designs
that even a size 12 stylist looked good in the designs as well
as the size 16 model.

The book includes designs for;
Wrap's
Shrug's
Bolero
Cape
Tunic's
Cardigan's
Coat
Waistcoat
Slipover
Sweater
Hat
Finger-less gloves.

The first section of the book is made up
of pictures of the designs.
There are amazing pictures showing the garments worn
and detailed pictures of the designs.
The second half of the book is made up of the patterns.
The patterns are in written format but charts for repeating rows
are included to help you to complete the project.
Sizing guides are also included so you can make sure
your garment will fit.
All of the designs are made with Rowan yarn but they
are a varied mix.
The different types of yarn used give a whole wide of effects
with the designs.
Each design has it's something to make it special
but comfort is also thought about in each of the garments.

I personally think that the designs are so special
that they are brilliant gifts for family and friends.
Martin really has put his knowledge to fantastic use.
This is a special book.
